About Us

Extra Band is on the rise and is gaining more and more fans across World with our unique sound.

Since last year, we have released four singles “Deathless, I Like Girls, Digital Love, Virtual World“that form the foundation of our album, which form the basis of our album “FULL OF LOVE“, released on 29.4.2025. These albums reflect our desire to experiment and push the boundaries of rock music, and we can’t wait to see the reactions from our listeners!

Our hard work and dedication have paid off – we have won the Czech Rock Parade twice in a row, and our single “I Like Girls” reached third place on the global Indie chart. This success motivates us to keep improving and innovating!

The indoor tour will look back on the band’s entire career, and Extra Band will honor the band’s beginnings by playing with founder and hitmaker Jaroslav Rajtmajer, who, just like in the 1980s, will take up the bass guitar, while the second half will be dedicated to the new album and rock music until the very end. The stage and top-notch sound, which was praised by Stephen Wrench, producer and Grammy Award voting member, will enhance the concert experience. It’s going to be a blast.

With a history dating back to the 1980s, Extra Band proves that it can evolve without losing its soul. It has undergone major lineup changes, but its stabilization in 2022 confirms that music charged with emotion and lyrics that emphasize humanity are the characteristics of a band that is showing a new direction. Full Of Love is not just an album of songs, it is a manifesto, a statement of intent that embraces human passion in all its forms and tells a story of love in a modern way, even with regard to the digital world that surrounds us today.

The legendary rock band Extra Band is back, stronger than ever, after the release of their eagerly awaited new album “Full of Love,” a project that is set to become a milestone in modern rock, with songs from the album climbing the European and global charts for independent artists. The song “I Like Girls” ranked third in the global charts and “As If It Were Your Last” even ranked first in the European charts.
